Could i get in trouble for this

so some kid made an xbox live account and he used a random email (mine) and i kept getting subscription emails for a while and got sick of it. so i went to the website and changed his password so now he doesnt have an account anymore

You can't get in trouble for changing the password because technically it is your email address. The kid will just have to open another Xbox Live account with a different email address.
