The quickest way to lose large amount of weight fast is the Atkins diet. While your not losing more fat then in any other diet, you will drop water weight and while it's only temporary weight loss, it will help you look slimmer for that day on the beach, or date. To start on Atkins you need to only consume 15 carbs a day, so that means many of your meals will be meats and cheeses. Please consult your doctor before trying any diet or exercise program as it can be hard on the body.
