What Foods have Vitamin K in Them

Report as

Many foods such as cabbage, mayonnaise, broccoli, and other green, leafy vegetables have vitamin K in them. Vitamin K is used to assist in the clotting of blood. If you have to take an anticoagulant, these foods should be limited. For more information see here: http://www.vaughns-1-pagers.com/food/vitamin-k-foods.htm

Leafy green vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, and kale are all great sources of vitamin K. Fruits also contain some vitamin K such as kiwi and avocado.
