Talk to a public defender
It's free - and don't lie to him
Tell him everything -
So he/she can help u
The state will cut a deal with u
Of you plea guilty - but that's not always your best option
- so go back to the court house
And ask to speak with a public defender- to put your mind at ezz
O- did u learn anything from this ?

You don't get years probation in California you'll probably get a fine as long as it's under 900 you're good.

According to the US penal code, if found guilty you will be jailed for a period not exceeding 180 days. However, if you are a repeat offender the term of imprisonment increases up to 2 years.

You asked this same exact question two short days ago and I answered. How come you weren't "so worried" when you wrote the bad check? Do you see anyone here wearing robes and holding a gavel?
