Why are my hands so red is that a cause of very intense washing of hand

My hands are red 2 months and that s***t aint getting of and im washing my hands 5 to 10 times a day

It appears like you already know the answer. Your hands are red either because of whatever you are trying so hard to remove and/or because of the intense and incessant scrubbing.

Those dye packs are designed to stain you long enough for the authorities to identify you.

Check your hemoglobin % it must be more then 13.5 and more.
