On twitter, how can i get my replies to be with the other replies?

whenever i Reply to a tweet, it always shows up on the timeline as a normal tweet. what can i do to get my Reply to be with the other replies?

I am afraid nothing can be done to solve your situation. That is twitter automatic or rather default feature that is developed to show your tweet replies on your timeline. The only feature that allows that is the messaging system. Visit http://twitter.com/#!/support for more details.
