What is the blue symbol next to name during call on samsung fascinate

during a call on a few of my contacts there is a blue symbol that looks like cookie monster. Does anyone know what this may be

This has been a mystery for a while. Samsung has purposely made the meaning unknown. Though some think it's the cookie monster, many thing it's a new logo that will be revealed later.
