Eye bags are mainly caused due to lack of enough sleep. To get rid of them, ensure that you eat lots of fresh produce like fruits and vegetables. At least once of twice a day, clean your skin with a face wash or moisturizer. Place cooled green tea bags or potato slices over your eyes; this will almost instantly change the bags under your eyes. At night while you are resting, use ice pack mask; not only will it soothe your eyes and face but it will reduce bagginess.
Take 2 spoons,,put some water on them and put them in the Freezer,,for a while,,then take them out and put them under ur eyes for a Couple of minutes,,do it b4 any Special occasion it will give u fast results,,i do it all the time:)
