Thats a natural sign. Play a regular e. Its nit e sharp. There is no such note.

F flat deosnt exist. Neitger does e sharp.

Most certainly it does. I am a university trained musician and I can assure you it's not an uncommon note; I can assure you, it is seen in modern music on a repeated (if rare) occasion.
