Body aches really bad, stomach too. Dry heaving and vomitting.
You get the chills. It feels like you got the flu really bad without the fever.

You will have aches and pains, it will feel almost just like flu symptoms,and you will experience weakness and fatigue with hot and cold sweats it's miserable.....

the only thing you can die from without medical help is alcohol withdraw. hang on tight and this too shall pass
