i have a amputated leg from the hip i feel so insecure and emberrased about dating how can i boost my confidence?

It's not so bad. Just be yourself and if they are a good person, they will accept you for who you are, not what you look like. :)

Take a lesson from Terry Fox. He became our hero and we loved him more because of his amputation, not in spite of it.

find the better qualities about yourself and be proud of them. smart. funny. talents? be proud of who you are. not self centered. but proud. show confidence in everything you do. you will be noticed and the leg will be overlooked. contrary to popular belief. a relationship is based on acceptance. not sympathy. be you and look for the one that is looking at you.
