Why is breakfast the most important meal of the day?

it starts your metabolism, if you miss breakfast then you trick your body into thinking it's starving so when you do eat something it's more likely to store the fat rather than you burning it off. you really should eat breakfast because you havent eaten for 8ish hours whilst you have been asleep
