Tell me what you think I did to my ankle.. So I know if it's serious.
I ran track & like twisted it a weir way but kept running. then I was jumping on it for cheerleading & all cause I had tryouts today anyway. now I can barely walk on it & I get this shooting pain from my ankle and all the way up my calf. I can't put any pressure on it or it hurts like a bitch! what do you think I did? sprained? fractured? what would they do to help this?
