Go to the gym.
chose healthy foods and exercise. you don't need to go on a diet. just eat a balanced meals.(food pyramid)
Exercise and eat healthy. Whatever you do DO NOT starve yourself. It just makes the issue worst
Well,you can't lose your weight fast like 2 days.But in weeks is the fastest way.You can eat not too much,jog every weekends,eat a healthy food and so on.
You shouldn't. But then I guess most want the magic cure.
If you do everything right you will see a difference in 6 months.
