Do I need to get Land Used/Zoning permit for my home based business even if I have only 3 employees?

Any type of business regardless of the number of employees must have a land used permit. Zoning ordinances are often designed to protect land use and the character of the neighborhoods. You must make sure that your business is allowed by the local ordinance.
