If you went to a all white school and im not racist and got kicked out for fighting for a good purpose what do you do?

Im 18 and this is my senior year my little sister was called the N word by some guy in school and he also put his hands on her and i punched him he had to be rushed to the hospital for a concussion, but i am a A and B student oer achieved on my SAT and im ranked 7th in the safety position in football what do i do?

Say "This kid did something to my sister and I love her so I did something about it" if thay don't care screw them

You don't need us. You need a lawyer. Your sister was terribly mistreated, assaulted and battered. There is no doubt that was wrong. We don't know if you were there at the moment and stepped in to protect her or went back later to exact revenge. That makes a difference.

While your anger is understandable it did not give you the right to put your hands on the other kid. You are going to be in trouble. Adult trouble. If you don't understand why then I urge you to get some counseling with someone who can help you understand it. If you are very lucky maybe this kid won't press criminal charges against you. Is your sis pressing charges against him?

Well when i seen him i didnt hurt him right then i started talking and he pushed me then i hit him cause i knew if i hit him they would try to say assult, But now they dont "have a video" of the fight altho it was right in front of the school at the main office n they have a video of my sister "putting her hands on him" but they wont show my dad but they show him a video of me running through the school trying to get off school grounds...
