Dude, the first thing to do is look at yourself, before you try drugs or clinics. Are you otherwise healthy? Don't take tea or coffee in the 2 hrs before lying down - garlic and nutmeg in an evening meal can also keep you awake. Recent research shows that strong lights, especially red or pink, or watching a TV or computer screen in the 30 minutes before lying down does have a bad effect. You won't sleep full of toxins ... go to the toilet (big way) before trying to sleep - try every night until it becomes a habit. It's also a good idea to fix a time for sleeping for at least a month, say 11 p.m., and stick to it. Also, drink a glass of water before sleeping - dehydration can have an effect. Finally, make sure your pillow supports your head in line with your spine ... a stiff foam inner pillow helps. Stick to the above for a month and see how you get on. Good luck.
