It simply means you will now collect your passport of other document at the VFS Australia center that you filled in your application as the collection center. VSF Global provides consular services in many countries. Read more from en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VFS_Global.

I got that......but is the dispatching of passport with the approval of visa or simply rejection ???
