Does sex actually help you lose weight?

I really want to lose weight and some people said having sex works...I am willing to try anything!

That depends on the frequency and the position used. If you intentionally choose positions that are strenuous, and use methods to make it last, it makes for a very nice union. The endorphins released from the workout will also serve as sexual stimulants.

Well, you'd actually have to have A LOT of it for it to actually be a workout regime to lose weight, however it is good excercise and does give you cardio benefits... as long as it's not just a wham bam thank you ma'am experience.
