No. Losing weight in one spot is not possible. Physiologically fat is lost from the whole body. You can,however, do abdominal exercises to tone it up. But in any case, you'll just have a tone stomach under all the fat unless you do aerobic exercises.
Actually yes, you can lose a significant amount of weight in two weeks, but you have to be 100% determimed and motivated to do it, if you eat right and exercise atleast an hour or two daily, you will be rewarded with weight loss.
