If your looking to tone u need to do low weight and high reps. For abs u should do things like reverse crunch and russian twist and air cycle. For biceps try what we call 21's. Do bicep curls with a dumbbell. Do 7 reps of half of the movement, than 7 reps of the other half, than do 7 reps of the whole thing.
