I guess I phrased it wrong I meant if you took over 20 and didn't die but your hallucinating and can't concentrate well.

it means, if you are not kept up and have your stomach pumped or your blood filtered,. once you go to sleep , you cant wake up and you will die.....

Yep, erojins got it, looks like you need to go to the ER, and stop taking sleeping pills

now pick up the phone and dial 911 ASAP.
