OK, so I need help, I weigh 191 (sadly) I'm 5'2 (Even more sad) And I need some weight lose tips.

And I want people to tell me, what kind of food, and what kind of exercise and how many calories I should eat a day to help me attain this goal, the sooner I lose the weight the better. So can you guys post any tips?

You are required to eat fruits and foods that have a low calories level. The amount of calorie intake can be prescribed better by a specialist who will examine your specific body and also detail you on effective work outs to do.

Eating decent portions and exercise. Drink plenty of water. Cut out junk food. Instead of having that candy bar eat a small piece of fruit.
