Do the Zantrex diet pills work? & what is the difference from the red bottle to the blue one?

If your profile pic is accurate, you really don't need it!

As far as the diet pill craze, they all work to help suppress appetite and boost metabolism, but you still need to get off your butt and do some form of excercise, even if its just taking a walk around the block or your place of work a couple times a day.

Im a member of golds gym I do 14hour runs per week and I allso work and eat well! So I do much more than just small walks around my block! And I dont have time to be on my butt! I am just looking for a bost! thank you I would like to be a bit smaller and allso have a bost of energy! SOMETHING DIET PILLS GIVE YOU! & thank you for the com!

I have found that the "5-Hour energy" and "wurx" drinks work very well. I drink them prior to my workout (usually the 5-Hour xtreme) and have found them to very effective. Maybe try one of those?
