If I wear a size 0, will I fit into a dress size small that ranges from 0-4, and how will it fit my body?

If you wear a size 0, you may fit into a dress where the size is small. If it ranges from 0 to 4, then it may fit your body or in other words, it will be tight.

That seems like a big size range 0-4. I think it's gonna be too big. Is there an XS?
