how come sometimes i cant read at all but other times i could read for hours straight?

i have to read this vook for school i onlyhave to read three chapters but i cant focus and it makes me so mad plus my reading grade is going down

This could be due to different reasons like fatigue, lack of concentration, being enthusiastic, and also distractions. First ensure that you have adequate time to read, and also choose a reading style to follow.

i try but my teach is really into making us read non-fiction books but i cant read them
