Can having a slight flu cause you to get redness on your face?

cuz I'm sick and that just happened. will it go away after I'm sick? or what? pls help!

You might have a fever which would cause your face to temporarily flush. Check your temperature and if you have a fever take some acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen.
