Do you have an iPhone? If so, download the Shazam Player. It won't play ALL songs, but out of my library of 1,200-something songs, Shazam player recognized about 750. It's a neat little app, and I believe it's free. Upon first downloading it, it will scan your music library, find whichever songs it recognizes, and then once your through with the initial set up process, you play your music and as the song is playing, the lyrics will be displayed on your screen. I know most of the lyrics to my favorite songs already, and I still think Shazam Player is a neat little app! I'm so glad I got it! Also, in case you're interested, www.azlyrics.com is a great site to find lyrics also. Now, of course it's a website so you'll have to manually find the song you're looking for, it won't automatically recognize it like Shazam, BUT if you're like me and you want to read along with the lyrics as the song is playing, you can still do that with AZLyrics. Just keep the webpage open in the browser on your phone and play your song! I hope I worded that right so you can understand what I was trying to tell you. I have a tendency to be TOO descriptive and add unnecessary detail, hence confusing myself and/or whomever is tryna make sense of what I'm saying. LOL! So, with that said, try SHAZAM PLAYER and WWW.AZLYRICS.COM ...I hope I helped!!
You will need to first find the lyrics you want to have on a website and use iTunes to add them to your iPhone. Once you get the song you right click on it and select the get information tab and there is a window that pops on with the details. You click on the lyrics tab and then copy and paste the text from the lyrics web page into the text box. The next step is to sync the iPhone for the lyrics to be updated and you can view them by navigating to the song.
