You're 17 -- there's not much, really, you can do.
It's better to stay looking young that way when you're like in your 70's it will look like you're 50!
Don't let it "bug" you now.....you'll be the one bragging about not looking your age in 20 years.
I think you shouldn't listen to what people tell you be happy that your young and just keep yourself the way you are. I have nothing else sorry maybe try a new haircut but I think your probably fine the way you are.

I am 30, and people say I look like a teenager. Even when I wear makeup they say I look too young. You can not change your DNA. Life only moves one direction you only get older not younger. Embrace it this is your life and yours alone. Don't let it bug ya!

Try standing straight with your head held high so you look more confident, also try using less "slang", maybe change the way you dress into something less teenage-ish. I'm actually 15 but people think I'm around 20, I may like it now but if people think I'm 50 when I'm 35 I wont be so pleased. And just for the record I don't think you look to young, actually you look pretty good so be happy about the way you look :)
Trust me my friend, you'll LOVE this looking younger thing when you get older!
