I can't get my left contact lens out. What should I do?

I had no trouble getting the right one out. Now my left eye is all red and irritated. Left one has been in my eye over 24 hours.

I would advise you to wet your finger with a solution and move your contact around in your eye. This will get some air between your eye and your contact. Try again and again but do not use force but rather be gentle as this is the best way because you won't hurt your eye. If it does not come out, visit an optician.

Try to move it over to left side of the eye, wet your fingers, and put your thumb and index finger next to each other, than try to grip from both sides

Your eye is too dry, this has happened to me. Get the wetting solution you add directly to t your eye & use it. Then you should be able to get your contact out
