What site can I go to for help with computer programing?

I am taking grade 12 computers and am stumped on one of my assignments. I am using Java on Bluej and need help with a peace of code.

There are different sites and forums that offer information on computer programming an example being the coding forums.com. Computer programming is the processing of designing, writing testing the source codes of a computer program. Visit http://computer.howstuffworks.com/program.htm for more information.

I tryed to look at the link you posted me but my computer cant hanle all the adds along the sides. lol thanks for helping though.
