Their speech will be very rapid, tangental, and surprisingly un-slurred. I've heard the experience described as "meditating at a thousand miles per hour". They may have facial tics like coke-heads, and if they're mainlining, look for track marks on the arms and/or legs. Mrs. Timmins was spot on about the teeth and gums. As a result of the mouth damage and the effects of the drug itself, methheads usually show little appetite. They can also show reduced sex drive, but not in all cases. If you don't see the track marks and can't locate their "gear" that might mean they are snorting or smoking it. Best wishes:)
