Is there anyone out there that helps the middle class people pay bills without taking out a loan

i need to see if there is anyone who can help me pay my bills i need 15000 and i need someone to help me ,rather loan it to me until i get on my feet

Most of us need $15000! This is not a begging site! We are all hurting now, not just you! I'm a house payment behind, myself!

While it's not a begging site, it is a place to ask questions, and maybe there are other people on the site who know of charity organizations, and would be able to give information about them.
