Well I started drinking milk at the age 11.. and now I am 12 but when I was 11, my cousins had come over for the holidays, and they was like "wow you have grown taller than last time we seen you" and my dad even says I am nearly his height, and I am nearly his height and I remember I used to be up to his ear, so yeah I do think milk helps you grow a lot and it is true i don't "think" milk helps you grow, it DOES make you grow taller and it gives your bone strength.
