You can not access text plus application on the computer because it is compatible with iOS, Android and Windows Phone platforms. The application enables one to send text messages for free and turns a Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G devices into a phone.
Solved it as well! I used genymotion which creates a virtual machine. Once you do that choose the Nexus 4.3 machine. Once it loads google how to add play store to a genymotion vm. It was crazy easy. You just drag one library and then drag the google apps to the machine. Reboot it and you can add any app just like you actually owned a Nexus phone. I am loving being able to use textplus away from my phone!
I just installed bluestacks and then used it to search through the Google Play Store for Text plus and downloaded it and then installed it. Works perfectly. Follow that order instead of trying to otherwise download it and then find it in Bluestacks.
