Elsword how to become a guild master: i can seem to get the papers back help

so i think im doing everything right but i can't seem to fined the papers that flew to the lake hmm do i need to be on a curtain difficulty???

In order to become a great guild master, you need to first understand your role, then set a goal and create favorable rules, be punctual in your attendance as you are supposed to be there for the guide. Understand the game well and treat everyone fairly.

um i thats good to know but i need to figure out how to be a guildmaster first
