How can i get someone to trust in love again

i have a friend who was hurt alot and now i need to help her see love is real

Re-establishing trust in a relationship is very difficult. Some say it's impossible. But if both parties are interested in making the relationship work and heal, honest communication is essential. Discuss issues that trigger feelings of distrust. Work together to encourage and support one another through those moments.

Once you've lost trust or broken it,it's very hard to get it back,you cab try to make it work if both of u are willing. But it will always be in the back of Ur mind no matter what u try. Best to cut Ur losses and move on. Life it to short for such energy spent

well i wont lie i had the same truble too, just believe in your heart listen to your heart if u really even love that person with all the love express your feeling and let it shine again believe in what your heart is saying!!!!!!!!!!<3
