The difference between organisational chart and organisational structure

An organizational chart is a diagrammatical representation showing the structure of an organization in terms of existing relationships and job ranks. On the other hand, an organizational structure refers to a representation of activities which include allocating tasks, supervision, coordination and supervision, all of which are geared towards the achievement of organizational aims.

I support the answer as a chart relates to a diagram on a flat surface while a structure is a skeleton of the reality.
