What's the earliest to get a positive pregnancy test?
My husband and I had unprotected sex on my ovulation day Mar11 (I didn't know that was my ovulation day at the time. He pulled out, but I know that can still get you pregnant. Plus, he said he didn't pull out in time and some got in me) and four days later Mar14 I started cramping really bad! I was afraid I was having an ovarian cyst, so two days later Mar16 after the cramping was less severe and felt like normal period cramps at this point, I made a doctor appointment. I went in that day and told my doctor about the sex and then cramping, and she said it sounds like early pregnancy. She said she knew without a test when she was pregnant for the second time because of her bad cramping, and the more kids you have, the more you cramp! I have a 13 month old daughter already and I didn't cramp this early with her. I started cramping with her at about 7 weeks. It's too early for a test, because I'm not due for my period until Mar27. She prescribed me some prenatal vitamins and said to start taking them because she thinks it's pregnancy. She's had 6 kids and been a doctor for 20 years. I was wondering when is the earliest for me to test and get a positive?? Also, we aren't trying to conceive but would be happy if we did! <3
