I'm a sixteen year old female who has fibroid's. My question is, is that normal?

Ive been short of breath lately, having a hard time making a bowel movement, always having to urinate, severe abdominal pain, severe pain during sexual intercourse, and always feel bloated. Are these signs that it has gotten bigger or is getting worse? And if so, is there anyway to treat the pain? And does it have any effect on me getting pregnant in the future when I'm ready?

That's a young age to have fibroids but not impossible. It really depends on the size and number of fibroids as to whether or not you will have trouble getting pregnant in future. I know some women have difficulty conceiving but it's not impossible. I would suggest you find a GYN doctor that specializes in fertility so that they can give you a better idea of your future chances. To reduce the pain there is a surgical procedure called Myomectomy that can remove the fibroids. Some hospitals are doing the procedure robotically which would drastically reduce recovery time. They unfortunately will continue to be a problem unless removed.

A 16 year old to have fibroids is not normal, but it is possible for a 16 year old to have fibroids. There are a couple of cases reported in hospitals of 16 year olds with fibroids.
