How do I avoid getting deathly sick when eating according to my food allergies?

I can NOT have any of the following or anything made from them: processed food, cane sugar, carob, cashew, codfish, coffee, garbanzo, apricot, beef, broccoli, capsaicin, catfish, corn, cow's milk, crab, eggplant, green pepper, lima beans, grape, mango, rye, saccharin, salicylic acid, strawberry, millet, oat, olive, onion, shrimp, sole, soy, sweet potato, tea, wheat, and whey. I recently started eating according to this list. I knew I would get sick as my body is detoxing and getting used to different things and way of living...although the level of sickness I feel is beyond unbearable. I've already vomited dramatically, gotten: migraines, severe nausea, vomiting, dizziness, light-headedness, tremors in my stomach, severe hot/cold flashes, etc. Again, I know it's because my body is changing and eventually it will go away but I can't handle this, I'm literally unable to function. I want to stick with it and have tried some of the things my husband has researched on line but they aren't enough.....ANYONE please help!!! Thank you

You need to visit a doctor or a nutritionalist so that they can prescribe some medication that will help treat the symptoms you are experiencing because of your new diet. Some of the medication that may help include Phenergan, Thorazine, Compazine and Tigan.
