It depends. Did you have them and now you don't? Have you ever had them? If you had them and now they are gone and you have an error message call 800-347-3288 and tell them to resent authorization. If you have never had them, they are probably available now. You would need to call the same number and ask about getting local channels. They will get your zip code. Then they will go from there.
