Your best bet is walking, walking, walking, and eating a healthy diet of fruits, vegetables,chicken, fish and lots of fiber found in grains and breads. You can try the raw foods diet, it's wonderful if you don't mind not eating meat. Also try juicing your fruits and vegetables it's fantastic tasting and the weight will melt off.

Green tea is very good for you. As the other post says try raw foods such as almonds. Eliminate acids from your diet or try to balance them out with mire alkaline foods

Proper diet, exercise and make sure you take your daily vitamins. Vitamin D deficiencies causes fat accumulation.
