I have little bumps on my scalp that i think are pimples and some scabs to, they dont hurt unless i touch them, some are worse than others.

can anyone tell me what this is? im a 15 year old girl

It sounds like seborrheic dermatitis. Neutrogena T-Gel Shampoo works well to help this condition.

Some types of scalp bumps like some bug bites or acne are only painful when pressure is applied, although acne can vary widely in its sensitivity. Its a skin condition, called "seborrheic dermatitis" they have a med called "Psoriasin" for it! I have the same problem!!:(

It's quite possible that you have blocked sebaceous glands( oil glands) especially if you have very thick or oily hair.
