There is no way around it; diet and exercise. You have to throw out the junk food, sodas and high sugar foods in your house and replace them with healthy leafy vegetables and fruits. Drink a lot of water and exercise hard. Jog, run and jump rope while doing some strength training. More on this is available on www.everydayhealth.com/weight/how-to-lose-50-pounds.aspx.

Try to knock your caloric intake down to about 1500/day. Average is about 2000, but you don't wanna go much lower than 1500. You need to burn more calories than you are taking in. Following the others advice of diet and exercise, a lower caloric intake makes it much easier to tip the scale in your favor, no pun intended.

l heard this guy on the radio say that putting body bags around your body helps you sweat hence loss weight. I haven't tried but you should. He said it's better than
lyposection. <------Not sure how to spell this

Old trick I learned from a boxer that's in the same vein... Rub makeup remover over your entire body, then prepare a hot shower, as hit as you can handle it, then stay in the shower for 30 minutes or more. The makeup remover opens your pores, and you will sweat out any water weight you have. Obviously this isn't lasting weight loss though.

Depends on the person I guess. I take super hot showers anyway, and my girlfriend is worse than me. You could boil a lobster in her bath water. Anywho it doesn't need to be scalding to work, just hand and steamy to make you sweat a lot.

Yes you can loose 50 pounds. There is a very famous filmy personality his name is ADNAN SAMI he lost 89 kgs of his weight and now he is weighing 92 kg. He is hale and hearty, and looking at-least 10 years younger than what he was. Yes I wanted to know that you want to loose 50 pounds from how many pounds of your body weight.
