take a nice hot bath with some stress relief oil in the water, put candles around the tub and turn off the lights it helps. if that doesnt work then ask your husband to message your shoulders gently with spearmint oil and drink green tea with honey not sugar
You can relieve stress by first taking a few deep breaths, allowing your rib cage and belly to expand as you inhale. You should also take some time off, by leaving your kids some place, and go and treat yourself at a spa.
