Well it depends on how many a morning cause if you active and healthy it won't bother you accept for. High blood sugar but if your not active and you eat several a day then yes it will make you fat eventually
Maybe not but it is a very bad food choice for breakfast and a very bad habit to develop. Basically it is the equivalent of a large cookie for breakfast. A treat not a food. Your body needs a healthy first meal of the day not a sugar fix.
