How do you get past being depressed.?
The way to stop feeling depressed is to understand your emotional self. Find out what things get you down, who and which places are part of this then start to avoid them. Find positive people to spend your time with, and fill your mind with positive thoughts. Be contented with what you have and start working towards achieving a certain greater goal. Never be idle, as they say, an idle mind is the devil’s workshop. When you fell like the pressure is too much on you, find a confidant that you can run to, talk with him or her, a problem shared is a problem half solved.
