How hard is it to become an actress?

it depends on where you want to act and what kind of acting you want to do.
if you want to be an actress who acts on a stage, try joining an acting group in your town.
If you want to be a movie/commercial actress, go to local auditions.

well, many people get discovered by talent agents who come to see a show, so u can start doing acting classes 2 improve ur skills or post a vid on youtube
