Be the best kid you can be for the next few days, help around the house and be a model citizen. After a couple of days, sit down with him. Apologize for whatever you did to get punished, and tell him you will not do it again. And don't, because then he won't believe you the next time. Tell him you know you deserved to be punished, but convey to him how much it means to you to see your friend one last time. It may work, it may not, but it's worth a shot. It would prob. work on me, but frankly, I'm a sucker. Whatever happens, if he still says no, do not throw a fit, because if you say "okay, dad, I understand", and walk away, he might think about it further and reconsider, but not if you throw a fit. And don't ever risk losing his trust completely by doing something hasty, like sneaking out. good luck.

You should first of all start by obeying you father. He is probably testing your loyalty and would not like if you are planning to sneak out. If you can hold on for at least the first two days, he might give you the chance to go.

With my parents, restrictions were punishment for a reason. It isn't supposed to be fun or convenient. You are supposed to miss out on things you want to do. That's the while point. You want freedom now? Too bad. By the way, ask your dad, he isn't even remotely free.
